This is called the Blue Ghost. The pairing of the deep blue plasma UV and Hyper -Vis + Otto Glow Blue tape will make this a deadly deep water spoon for Kings. Especially when the Kings are feeling finicky and want to more subtle blue glow vs. the bright green glow offered on many spoons.
